    The technician from Tip Top, John, is very experienced and patient. He well answered my questions about my garage opener issue and explained clearly about various options. I changed my mind to switch from chain based opener to belt based opener after John had installed a part of chain based opener. But John is still very friendly to change to a different opener.
    Great service and communication during the whole process! Would love to reach out to Tip Top again for other garage repairs in the future.
